Believe! Bannister Style…

Saturday, October 22nd, 2005

Over and over again I am amazed at how our belief turns into reality.
Believe you can be BUFF! It is physically possible, so get your
Belief strong and you will break your psychological barriers.

Just Believe!
Michelle

Read this about Roger Bannister:

“In 1954, Roger Bannister broke the world record and ran the mile in
under 4 minutes. In the whole of the history of the human species,
no-one had been able to do that. It had been considered impossible -
beyond the physical limits of the human body. Year after year, runners
had come closer and closer but no-one was able to break the 4-minute
barrier.
Not only did Bannister practice and train, he constantly rehearsed
the event in his mind until he truly believed that he could do it.
Even though nobody before had been able.
Yet, within six weeks of Bannister breaking this psychological
barrier, it was broken again, and within a few years the mile had been
run in under 4 mnutes hundreds of times!
Belief holds us back more than anything else - far more than fear;
more, even, than physical constraints.”

Joyce Meyer

Wednesday, October 12th, 2005

Over the past six years I have been a student of the great teachings of Joyce Meyer. She is so down to earth and real, I feel that God knew what he was doing when he placed her over the great ministry she has today.

I wanted to share some great promises from God that she prompted me to confess on a regular basis:

“I live the abundant life that Jesus died to give me…” John 10:10
” I am blessed to the point that my cup runs over…” Psalm 23:5
“I am the head and not the tail…” Deuteronomy 28:13

And my personal favorite-

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!” Philippians 4:13

Please visit her website for more great teachings www.joycemeyer.org

God Bless, Michelle

Plastic surgery should be a last resort

Monday, October 10th, 2005

This is exatly what BuffMother! is trying to over come. This doctor playing off the myth that you can not be buff after having kids. He is basically saying that this woman had done all she could through diet and exercise (which is obviously false). She could have made vast improvements to “bulge” without turning to the knife.

I beg you…if you are thinking about having surgery to rid your body of your tummy bulge, make sure you do everything in your power through diet and exercise berfore you have your body cut apart.

You can be Buff after having children!-Michelle

Look at this…it must be a sign!
