UFC Day!! and back wo~

HI!! I am pumped for the UFC fights tonight!!! I can’t wait~ I hope Liddel and GSP win~ the fights will be good no matter what though!

Anyhow Travis got up EARLY and went bow hunting for the first time in MANY years~ he was so pumped and he just got home (deerless), but Happy! But he is TIRED, and so am I….maybe a nap would be a good thing?

The kiddos are watching UNDERDOG which looks like a fun movie, I should have watched it too, but needed to get on the old computer a bit.

wimpy r-bike intervals for 12:30 while reading and until childcare was over.

After the gym we got 6 movies rented and burger king…I got a whopper, BAD!!! I have got to eat better soon or this buffing will not show any fat loss, lol!

Okay, I am off to shower and maybe nap…then I plan on getting sexy beautiful for the evening of UFC!!

a Perfect Push up~

Well I got about half of my Christmas Cards sent out~ the ones to Ya’ll!!
and I also sent out a bunch of book promo stuff….So that feels GREAT!!!

I also did my workout today 100 “Perfect Push Ups” in 5 sets of 20 reps. …Have you seen the infomercial for The Perfect Push-UP? I’ve been using mine for the past 3 months and I love them!! They make my push ups so much more effective and comfortable. The ones I did today were standard push ups…not like the girl style that I am displaying in this photo
and 100 lunges with 60# on my back, again in 5 sets of 20 reps It was a good one!
my plan is to finally get to the gym again tomorrow :yay: and do a killer leg/butt workout!!

I am giving several items to 2 Christmas Angels through our church…Gunner and I are going to shop for those on our date tomorrow too! We have a busy morning of shopping planned, followed by a workout, followed by hanging Christmas lights outside and then the UFC TUF Final on SPIKE!!! I am excited to see Huerta fight and to see who wins the TUF finale– Mac or Tommy…I am rooting for the MN boy Tommy :) (he is probably the underdog)

Anyhow… I cooked a turkey today– YUMMY!! I can’t wait to eat it

Sore Bod!

I have a sore bod! I think the only part of me that isn’t sore is my biceps–they hardly EVER get sore…those tiny little things are so durable, LMAO!

Thus, not being able to visit the gym due to my DD being sick has been a blessing in disguise. WHO, by the way, she is doing much better…I think she will go to school tomorrow! Thanks for your prayers!

I am giving some of April’s TOFFEE to a few people…that is if she can get it to me in time with her on vacation this week and all….I think it will be a great gift for some teachers and some co-workers — it is YUMMERS!!

Okay, so my workouts and POA have been a bit modified due to my soreness and no gym the past 2 days. I did manage to keep my momentum though by doing “something”

Last night I did:
12pullups
40 sit ups
10 pull ups
35 sit ups
*missed my lunges…I feel bad about that, but my BUTT was and is still very sore!*

Then tonight I did
120 lunges YAY! I think I’ll be able to do some with weight again tomorrow!!
5 sets of 7-8 bicep curls- 60’s on curl bar
Bent over rows with the same bar- 4 sets

That’s it!

In other news I spent all day Sunday updating and imputing addresses into my outlook contacts, now if I could just figure out how to merge those addys into labels I would be so HAPPY!!…I tried today to mail merge- NOT!
I can’t believe how hard that is! I am clueless!!! how frustrating~~

BUT, I think I will try again tomorrow!

Well, I am off to finish some Christmas Cards for my TEAM BuffMother! friends….
